How Every’s plans work

Every starts with a 14-day free trial and has three customer-facing plans: Solo, Team, and Custom. The plans differ by monthly AI credits, member limits, shared-work features, and support. Solo covers the core client-business workflow for one operator. Team adds shared relationship intelligence, shared agent chats and deal activity, team channels, more AI capacity, and priority support for up to five people. Custom is for larger teams that need tailored implementation, workflows, integrations, or unlimited members.

The plans

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — and 10,000 one-time AI credits. The same trial clock and base grant apply whether signup starts on web, mobile, or through an MCP/AI-tool connector. A few things to know about the trial:

• No credit card required to start. Sign up and start using Every right away.
• The trial ends after 14 days, or sooner if you use all 10,000 credits — whichever comes first. Once it ends, the app routes you to billing until a workspace admin chooses a plan. See Credit usage & errors.
• Your workspace data remains saved after the trial ends.
• The Referral program is not available during the trial.

Solo

Solo is for one entrepreneur, freelancer, or independent operator. It includes 10,000 credits per month that reset at the start of each billing period, the core client-business workflow, and the Referral program. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. If you need more in a given month, you can buy extra credits — they never expire and are used after the monthly allocation — or upgrade to Team.

Team

Team supports up to five people and includes 50,000 credits per month — 5× Solo’s allocation. It adds shared relationship intelligence, shared agent chats and deal activity, team access through Slack and the Every CLI, migration help, and priority support. As with Solo, unused monthly credits do not roll over, and admins can buy extra credits for heavier months.

Custom

Custom is for larger teams that need unlimited members, dedicated setup, data migration, tailored integrations, or custom agent workflows. Contact Every from the pricing page to scope the engagement.

Referral program (paid plans only)

The Referral program (“Refer & Earn”) is available to paid workspace admins and is not available during the free trial. Admins can manage it from Settings > Billing. What each side gets:

• You (the referrer) earn cash — 25% of what each person you refer pays for their subscription, for as long as they keep paying, up to a lifetime cap of $300 per referral.
• The person you refer gets credits — a 2,500 extra-credit grant when they redeem your link.

Earnings accrue as your referrals pay. At the end of each month, once your balance reaches **25**, it's paid out to the PayPal address you set in **Settings > Refer & earn** — add one there, or there's nowhere to send your payout. Balances below 25 roll forward to the next month. There’s no limit on how many people you can refer.

Choosing a plan

Choose based on how you work, how many people share the workspace, and how much AI usage you need:

• Trying Every? Start your 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
• Working independently? Solo combines the core client-business workflow with 10,000 credits per month.
• Sharing relationships and client work? Team supports up to five people, adds team features, and includes 50,000 credits per month.
• Need more than five members or tailored implementation? Contact Every about Custom.
