Heartbeat — Scheduled Agent Routines
Released June 2, 2026. The agent’s Automations hub is now Heartbeat — the home for recurring work your agent runs on a schedule. Routines are grouped into Briefings, Pipeline, Prospecting, and Other, so you can see and manage everything the agent does in the background from one place. What’s new:- Renamed hub — Automations is now Heartbeat at
/agent/heartbeat, with routines grouped by area - Pipeline Review — a scheduled scan that re-checks active deals and re-plans only the ones that changed, attributed to each deal’s owner
- Prospecting Scan — schedule the prospecting agent to mine your network for new opportunities on a recurring cadence
- Weekly Business Review — a scheduled revenue, pipeline, and operations digest with recommended actions
- Per-routine scheduling — set the cadence (e.g. every Monday at 8:00 AM) right from the dashboard pills
Prospecting & Pipeline
Released June 2, 2026. Every now helps you find clients and win the work: an AI prospecting agent that surfaces new opportunities, and a sales pipeline to move approved deals from lead to won. What’s new:- AI Prospecting Agent — scans your warm network, scores each contact on fit, relationship, and timing, and drafts outreach for the most promising leads
- Pending review queue — every suggested deal lands in a review column for you to approve or dismiss; nothing is sent without your go-ahead
- Sales pipeline — approved deals move across a Lead → Opportunity → Won/Lost kanban with agent recommendations and drag-to-stage
- Per-deal replan & deal sync — the agent re-plans individual deals and scans Gmail for replies to keep stages current
- Auto-move to Won & proposal integration — closed deals advance automatically, and you can send proposals straight from a deal
Daily Brief — Your AI Chief of Staff
Released June 3, 2026. The old one-line “Daily Inbox Summary” is now a full Daily Brief — a managed-agent morning digest that cross-references your email, calendar, invoices, accounts receivable, and pipeline into a single briefing. What’s new:- Narrative + “Your Move” + Snapshot — a written summary of what matters today, your highest-leverage next actions, and a metrics snapshot
- “Since your last brief, your agents…” — synthesizes what your other Heartbeat routines (prospecting, pipeline reviews) did since the last brief
- Per-user and private — in a multi-user org, each member gets their own private brief
Teams — Multi-User Organizations
Released June 8, 2026. Every now works as a genuine multi-user workspace, so a team can run a client business together without stepping on each other. What’s new:- Deal ownership & attribution — each pipeline deal has an owner; outreach is sent from and reply-scanned against the owner’s mailbox
- Thread privacy — chats can be private to you or shared with the org; threads that touch your personal Google data default to private
- Per-member identity — avatars, owner labels, and an All / My filter across the workspace
- Per-user Google scoping — each member connects their own Google account, scoped to them
