Heartbeat — Scheduled Agent Routines

Released June 2, 2026. The agent’s Automations hub is now Heartbeat — the home for recurring work your agent runs on a schedule. Routines are grouped into Briefings, Pipeline, Prospecting, and Other, so you can see and manage everything the agent does in the background from one place. What’s new:
  • Renamed hub — Automations is now Heartbeat at /agent/heartbeat, with routines grouped by area
  • Pipeline Review — a scheduled scan that re-checks active deals and re-plans only the ones that changed, attributed to each deal’s owner
  • Prospecting Scan — schedule the prospecting agent to mine your network for new opportunities on a recurring cadence
  • Weekly Business Review — a scheduled revenue, pipeline, and operations digest with recommended actions
  • Per-routine scheduling — set the cadence (e.g. every Monday at 8:00 AM) right from the dashboard pills
How to use it: Agent Settings → Heartbeat → Enable a built-in routine or create a custom scheduled prompt → Set its schedule
Ask Every Agent: “Set up a daily prospecting scan” or “Schedule a weekly business review every Monday morning”

Prospecting & Pipeline

Released June 2, 2026. Every now helps you find clients and win the work: an AI prospecting agent that surfaces new opportunities, and a sales pipeline to move approved deals from lead to won. What’s new:
  • AI Prospecting Agent — scans your warm network, scores each contact on fit, relationship, and timing, and drafts outreach for the most promising leads
  • Pending review queue — every suggested deal lands in a review column for you to approve or dismiss; nothing is sent without your go-ahead
  • Sales pipeline — approved deals move across a Lead → Opportunity → Won/Lost kanban with agent recommendations and drag-to-stage
  • Per-deal replan & deal sync — the agent re-plans individual deals and scans Gmail for replies to keep stages current
  • Auto-move to Won & proposal integration — closed deals advance automatically, and you can send proposals straight from a deal
How to use it: Open Pipeline → run a scan or review the Pending queue → approve deals to move them onto the board
Ask Every Agent: “Find me new prospects from my network” or “What’s the status of my pipeline?”

Daily Brief — Your AI Chief of Staff

Released June 3, 2026. The old one-line “Daily Inbox Summary” is now a full Daily Brief — a managed-agent morning digest that cross-references your email, calendar, invoices, accounts receivable, and pipeline into a single briefing. What’s new:
  • Narrative + “Your Move” + Snapshot — a written summary of what matters today, your highest-leverage next actions, and a metrics snapshot
  • “Since your last brief, your agents…” — synthesizes what your other Heartbeat routines (prospecting, pipeline reviews) did since the last brief
  • Per-user and private — in a multi-user org, each member gets their own private brief
How to use it: Agent Settings → Heartbeat → enable Daily Brief and set when it runs

Teams — Multi-User Organizations

Released June 8, 2026. Every now works as a genuine multi-user workspace, so a team can run a client business together without stepping on each other. What’s new:
  • Deal ownership & attribution — each pipeline deal has an owner; outreach is sent from and reply-scanned against the owner’s mailbox
  • Thread privacy — chats can be private to you or shared with the org; threads that touch your personal Google data default to private
  • Per-member identity — avatars, owner labels, and an All / My filter across the workspace
  • Per-user Google scoping — each member connects their own Google account, scoped to them
How to use it: Invite teammates in Organization Settings → Team, then assign deal owners on the Pipeline.

Connect Google from MCP — +2,500 Credit Bonus

Released June 2, 2026. If you started with Every through an MCP connection, connecting your Google account now unlocks a one-time bonus and your full set of Google-powered features. What’s new:
  • +2,500 credit bonus — granted once when an MCP-signup org connects Google with Gmail access
  • Auto-unlocks Google features — connecting also re-runs the Google-gated setup jobs (contact scan, enrichment) automatically
How to use it: Connect Google from Agent Settings → Connections — the bonus applies automatically the first time.

Services Bulk Delete — Smart Split

Released June 4, 2026. Bulk-deleting services no longer fails when some are still in use. Every now splits the action automatically. What’s new:
  • Smart split — unused services are deleted, while services referenced by invoices, recurring invoices, time tracking, or bookings are archived instead (preserving history)
  • Clear feedback — a toast reports exactly what was deleted vs. archived
How to use it: Services → select multiple → Delete. Archived services move to Services → Archived.

Per-Platform Free-Trial Credits

Released June 2, 2026. New organizations now start with credits sized to how they signed up. What’s new:
  • 3,000 starting credits for new web and mobile signups (MCP signups start with 500)
  • These are one-time trial credits — not a monthly allowance — and stack with referral and demo bonuses
How to use it: Credits apply automatically at signup. See What Is a Credit and Plans & Pricing for details.

Mobile App — Dashboard & Feature Parity

Released June 4, 2026. The native iOS app caught up with this season’s web releases. What’s new:
  • Heartbeat on mobile — the renamed hub plus the new Prospecting Scan and Pipeline Review routines
  • Deal ownership — view and reassign deal owners on the deal detail screen
  • Team identities & thread privacy — member avatars, a read-only Team section, and private-thread handling
  • Connect Google from mobile — MCP google-connect bonus parity
How to use it: Update the Every app from the App Store to pick up the latest features.

March 2026

Voice & Tone

Released March 25, 2026. Every Agent now has a dedicated Voice & Tone workspace that helps it write more consistently on behalf of your business. What’s new:
  • Audience-specific voice profiles — separate guidance for client-facing, internal/casual, and non-client external writing
  • Generated from email history — Every can build an initial voice profile from how your business already communicates
  • Editable tone controls — refine the description, tags, and example snippets for each audience
  • Used only when relevant — the profile is applied to drafting flows without bloating everyday operational chat
How to use it: Agent Settings → Voice & Tone → Review generated profiles → Edit or refresh as needed
Ask Every Agent: “Draft this proposal in my normal client-facing tone” or “Write a follow-up note that sounds like us”

Branded Client Portal & Public URLs

Released March 10, 2026. Every now supports a branded client-facing surface across your portal, invoices, proposals, and booking flow. What’s new:
  • Branded subdomain — use {your-slug}.every.ai for client-facing links
  • Client portal — contacts can log in with a magic link to view their invoices and proposals
  • Shared public surface — invoices, proposals, and booking can all live under the same branded domain
  • Portal shortcuts — direct links for invoice and proposal sections on the portal
  • Backward compatibility — root-domain public links still work, while branded links become the preferred experience
How to use it: Set your subdomain slug in organization settings, then share branded links like {your-slug}.every.ai, {your-slug}.every.ai/invoice/{public_id}, {your-slug}.every.ai/proposal/{public_id}, and {your-slug}.every.ai/book
Use the client portal when you want clients to revisit invoices and proposals without digging through old email threads.

Client Booking Page

Released March 5, 2026. Let clients book appointments directly through your public booking page at {your-slug}.every.ai/book. What’s new:
  • Public booking page — clients select a service, pick a date and time, fill in details, and pay if required
  • 3 booking modes — Standard (date + time + payment), Free (no payment), and Schedule Later (you coordinate timing after)
  • Flexible payment collection — no payment, pay at booking via Stripe Checkout, or save card and charge before service
  • Weekly availability + overrides — set recurring hours and block off specific dates
  • Google Calendar integration — block busy slots automatically and create calendar events on booking
  • Automated emails — confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, cancellation, and reschedule notifications
  • Client self-service — clients cancel or reschedule via a secure link (no login needed)
  • Deep data integration — uses your existing Services, auto-creates Contacts and Clients, auto-creates paid Invoices
  • Booking policy editor — add cancellation terms and instructions with rich text formatting
How to use it: Booking Settings → Select bookable services → Set availability → Share your link
